I believe that we are each placed on this Earth with a story to tell. A story that keeps unfolding moment to moment and day by day, and as we travel through life, these stories and our beliefs either propel us forward or keep us where we are.

Over nearly a decade of navigating my own self-discovery, healing, rewiring limiting beliefs, and making friends with fear, I've learned what it takes to build a dreamy AF life! Even though it looks like it now, I’ve had to navigate many difficult seasons to get to a place where ease and flow are the vibe.

Through years of deep inner work, reflection, healing, discovery, trial and error… I’ve developed a deep level of self-love, and self-trust by connecting to my intuition. Not to mention, I’ve strengthened my faith and become a magnet for my desires! Talk about DREAMY.✨

My freedom started when I made one scary choice to change my lifestyle! This required me to get honest, take radical responsibility, and lead myself to remove the toxic things, people, and stories that weren’t serving me. In doing so, I’ve learned to play full out, seek support, and claim what is rightfully mine.

It takes a certain level of leadership to look at the hard things, to move with faith despite the fear, and to create a life you’re obsessed with.

I promise to keep it real, to share what’s worked for me, and to walk the talk. After all, why would you want to work with anyone who hasn’t “been there, done that”?!
